SPACE Session: June 2026
Upcoming session
Q&A with Anna Kearney - Wed 17 June, 8pm (UK)
About
On miscarriage, declining infertility with age and having one child
Anna is a mum of one from Liverpool, and works for the university. After marrying in her early 30s, she then faced some health challenges, which meant pushing back plans for starting a family by a few years. Although having her first daughter a bit later in life was a fairly smooth experience, she then experienced a miscarriage with her second pregnancy, and began to reckon with ageing and declining fertility.
This session will cover themes around secondary infertility, pregnancy loss, ageing out of the fertile years, making peace with stopping trying, and learning to love being a one child family…
